At La Jolie Perfumes, we want you to shop with complete confidence and peace of mind. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 14 days from the date of purchase, processed through your original payment method, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Product Condition: Products can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging remains completely unopened, with the factory’s original cellophane intact and our Hologram Security Label undamaged.
⚠️ Note: In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency’s regulations, opened perfumes, fragrances, and cosmetics cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item from La Jolie Perfumes, we will arrange for a replacement. The item must remain in its original, undamaged condition. Shipping costs for our mistakes will be fully covered.
Inspection and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our specialized team, and if approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds can be issued either as a digital store voucher or via a direct bank transfer to the client’s account.
Please note: Any third-party payment gateway transaction fees and/or standard shipping costs may be deducted before processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
An exchange or return request will be unfortunately declined in the following cases:
If the request is made outside the eligible 14-day period.
If the product has been used, opened, damaged, or is not in the exact condition it was delivered.
If the retail packaging cover, outer cellophane, or protective seal has been broken or tampered with.
If any components of the packaging are missing (including price tags, labels, original boxes, or complimentary free samples and accessories).
Consumable products that have been partially used or altered.
