Delivery to Grater Cairo and Alexandria is free when you spend over EGP 999. Any additional cost will be calculated when you check out. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding deliveries.
We usually shipped next working day from submitting your orders and will arrive your doorsteps within next 2~3 working days most.
We are not able to make deliveries on weekends or public holidays, so all deliveries will arrive to your home on a weekday which is from Saturday to Thursday.

We will send you a second email confirming placing your order with courier service with shipment tracking number .
All successful orders generates online voucher you could download from your order upon check-out or on demand request hardcopy.

Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, Orders of the products shipped by fault / errors in the order shall be submitted within 1 day from the delivery date. You must keep it closed with its manufactured brand seal outside cellophane.
We will send our courier to pick up incorrect item and will be inspected in our store, afterwards correct item shall be shipped back to you upon availability or refund/replacement policy shall applies.
If you want to change or cancel your order before its dispatch please contact us as soon as possible Once you have received your confirmation email.
Upon dispatching your order and sending tracking courier service email, cancellation or changing items would be subject to courier charges plus 2.3% administrative fee.
After receiving your order, return police shall apply.
